Performance & Wellness Evaluation

Service Description

For those training an upcoming competition, interested in reducing injury risk, or wanting to have a thorough screen to learn key areas to focus on for wellness in maintaining an active lifestyle. The interested patient does not have current injuries limiting their participation sport or activity. (If so, schedule for PT Initial Evaluation).
