About  Jaclynn Peters, PT, DPT, OCS

Hello. I am Jaclynn Peters,  Physical Therapist and owner of SoCo Physical Therapy & Performance.

I founded this clinic so that I can focus on rehabilitation, injury prevention, maximizing performance and optimizing recovery. Through movement assessment, running gait analysis, balance and proprioceptive testing, as well as strength and mobility evaluation, individuals will learn what key areas can help them rise to the next level. With certifications in a variety of treatment techniques, I incorporate these therapies as appropriate based on what an athlete's needs and goals may be.

I have practiced in orthopedic clinics throughout my career, all of which have broadened my expertise in treating a wide range of conditions with athletes at the collegiate, professional and olympic levels.  I have been an athlete all of my life and continue to love challenging my body and mind to new levels and potentials. My husband and I are avid runners and take in as many of Sonoma County's sights as we can. You can often find us enjoying the outdoors through trail running, cycling, hiking, kayaking, skiing or camping.

Running is a road to self awareness and self reliance. You can push yourself to extremes and learn the harsh reality of your physical and mental limitations or coast quietly down a solitary path watching the Earth spin at your feet. But, when you are through, exhilarated and exhausted, at least for the moment everything seems right in the world.
