Performance & Wellness Evaluation

This is an opportunity for individuals who don't currently have an injury but would like to evaluate their performance and fitness and improve their training.

 

A thorough assessment of mobility, strength, movement patterns and balance is conducted in order to learn key areas to focus an athlete's training and improve performance.

 

This evaluation can be performed at any point for active individuals. Some may consider this during the preseason, postseason, or return to sport following injury. Follow up sessions are determined based on an athlete's unique needs and goals.
